Meet the Founder: Tyla Grant

Hey, I’m Tyla Grant. After being rejected from support services for not being 'autistic enough' I turned to social media to find/build a community of autistic people like me who fall outside of the stereotype and have a vision for their life that they want to fulfil.

But then my Instagram account with 20k+ followers got hacked and I moved to London and became a creative strategist. Now help brands to enter into new spaces in interesting ways. And document the journey of adulting as an autistic person challenging traditional thinking about neurodiversity along the way.

After raising £10,000 to give grants to neurodivergent Black people who need help to access support, alryt.world is a continuation of my commitment to creating space and sharing culturally relevant information for neurodivergent people of colour.
